Life Made Easy has been cleaning our home for several years. Our original cleaners have moved to different positions but the “new” cleaners have taken over well. We have specific requests for certain items, and they cheerfully honour our requests. They even do windows! They are very good about texting if arrival time needs adjusting. My only regret is waiting so long before hiring them!

The team did an excellent job. They all worked consistently throughout their time together and worked well together. They showed initiative, care, and attention to detail.For example, we had got paint on the laundry sink as we use it for DIY, but the Life main easy team had it sparkling and shiny. They also followed my request to clean the edges of the front of the shower and nooks and crannies. But they also found other nooks and crannies such as between coat rails at the bottom which took a lot of time to sort out.We also paid for fridge clean, as well as inside of the oven, microwave and internal/external windows, and it was all done really well.They were also honest, and when we found my venetian blinds were plastic not wood, I told Melissa, and she reduced the charge accordingly.We are really delighted with the result - a really well cleaned house - but also how easy it was because they were professional and did their job (and it did not cause any problems, which is rare!).I would definitely recommend them.

I booked in a full spring clean in November to get our house ready to sell. I was very happy with my spring clean, my house had never been cleaner, my shower looked amazing and even the kitchen bin looked new! Melissa was great to deal with, she was efficient with sending through the quote and great with communication. Jenny the cleaner was very friendly, she text me to let me know they were arriving a bit earlier due to clear traffic and messaged me once they had finished the clean. She and her team worked very hard and got our home looking immaculate! We had so many comments about our house looking very clean while it was on the market. I had a partial move-in clean as the 1b/1ba apartment I moved into was only half way clean. The two cleaners did a wonderful job! They were super thorough and even managed to clean the very dirty oven from the previous tenants. I was very grateful they brought all their own supplies and a vacuum cleaner too since I didn't have much. And I called on a Saturday and they were able to schedule my clean for the next day which was great. Definitely recommend!
